Scope

This policy describes how KiBee collects, uses, and shares information when you visit kibee.ai, create a workspace, or embed the KiBee SDK.

Information we collect

• Account data: name, email, workspace name, and authentication identifiers.
• Billing data: payment status, pack or plan purchased, and provider references. Card numbers are handled by Razorpay or Stripe, not stored by KiBee.
• Product usage: guided sessions, flow completions, stalls, and AI chat messages needed to operate guidance.
• Technical data: IP address, browser, and device type for security and reliability.

How we use information

We use this information to provide the service, bill plans and credits, prevent abuse, improve guidance quality, and communicate about your account.

Sharing

We share data with processors who help us run KiBee: hosting, email, and payment providers (Razorpay, Stripe). We do not sell personal information.

Retention and rights

We keep account and billing records as required for tax and fraud prevention. You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing hello@kibee.ai.
