KiBee is digital software. There is no physical shipping.

KiBee is a digital software service. We do not ship goods, parcels, or hardware. There are no shipping charges, delivery timelines, or courier partners.
How you receive the product
After signup or a successful payment, access is delivered online:
- Workspace and admin console at kibee.ai/admin
- SDK and docs at kibee.ai/docs
- AI credits appear on the workspace billing balance after the payment provider confirms the charge
Delivery is immediate upon successful payment confirmation, subject to normal internet and provider processing time.
